| Description | We are creating a tool that will be used to aid football/soccer managers in understanding how break down opposing defenses. It is a reinforcement learning model that that will discover the most optimal, i.e. highest success rate, passing patterns that will break down a defense, given specific information about one's own players and vague tactical information about the defensive team. This is an early stage product with a working model but lots of room for better engineering and reward tuning. This position would entail fine tuning details of our custom gymnasium environment, getting ready to run our model on a GPU, and tuning our reward model to better achieve convergence.
